1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

• "ph636," "We," "Us," "Our" refers to the ph636 platform operating at ph636.org and all services offered therein.
• "Player," "You," "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the ph636 platform.
• "Account" means a registered player account held on the ph636 platform, created through the registration process.

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph636 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through approved payment channels. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• All deposits are credited in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the player.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to accounts registered in the player's own verified name. Third-party transfers are not permitted.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ph636 may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback, or other incentives at its discretion. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless more specific terms are stated in the individual promotion's documentation:

• Bonuses are awarded to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all bonus amounts and potential account termination.

8 Game Rules & Fair Play

10 Intellectual Property

12 Responsible Gaming

• The player requests voluntary account closure.

Upon termination of an account in good standing, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to applicable verification requirements. ph636 will not return balances to accounts found to have engaged in fraudulent activity.
